Goggles Energy Pvt. Ltd. (“Goggles Energy”, “we”, “us”) provides engineering-led commercial & industrial solar EPC services. Information we collect

When you submit the feasibility form on our website or contact us directly, we may collect:

• Contact and business details you enter in the form: company or facility name, your name, role, email address and phone number.
• Site details you choose to provide: city or location, site address, GPS coordinates, approximate monthly electricity bill and sanctioned load.
• Documents you send us, such as an electricity (EB) bill or site photographs you share by WhatsApp or email so we can prepare an assessment.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and device/browser type) and, where enabled, anonymous usage analytics.

Providing this information is voluntary, but we need the core contact and site details to prepare a feasibility assessment for you.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• prepare and send your solar feasibility assessment (capacity, yield, savings, payback and commercial model);
• respond to your enquiry and, with your agreement, follow up about your project;
• maintain records of enquiries and improve our website and services.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who processes your information

Your details are handled by the Goggles Energy assessment team and by a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms: delivers the website form submission to our team by email. Your form entries pass through Web3Forms’ servers for that purpose.
• Google: hosts the mailbox that receives enquiry notifications, and (where used) records leads in a private spreadsheet accessible only to our team.
• WhatsApp / Meta: if you choose to message us or send your bill on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.

These providers may store data outside India. We share your information with them only to respond to your enquiry, and not for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies only for essential functionality and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; essential site features may not work if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and assessment information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; where you prefer, sending your bill over WhatsApp keeps that document within an end-to-end encrypted chat.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to further contact. To make a request, email enquiry@gogglesenergy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
